Registration & Requirements
Registration opens Thursday, May 28th at 7 PM on Heylo.
Waiver: Two waivers are required to participate: one for Peace in the Wild and one for our partner. You will not be allowed on the water without both signed.
Ages: Must be 12 or older. An adult must accompany minors (17 and under).
Experience Level: No prior experience needed, but comfort in water and following directions is required since falling in is possible.
Gear: Must fit a Type V lifejacket (chest 56" max).

Route: Middle Ocoee (3-3.5 hours)
Length: 5 miles
Rapid Class: Class III and IV
Time Commitment: Full-day experience. 2-hour drive to Tennessee, 3 hours on the water, 2-hour drive back. Plan to stay for the full duration.
Weather: Rain or shine.
Parking: Free. Leave all personal belongings out of sight in your car.
Coming solo? Don't stress, you'll make a new friend!
Cost & What's Included
Total Cost: $60 (excluding taxes)
Included: Rafts, paddles, life jacket, helmet, and instructors on each raft.
What to Wear & Bring
Wear: Clothes that can get wet and water shoes with a back heel strap. No flip flops or Crocs.
Bring: Waterproof bag, dry change of clothes, dry shoes, towel, water, snacks, and any medication or assistive devices. Review our Amazon Storefront here.
Not Included:
Transportation. Attendees are responsible for their own.
Taxes.
Full meals. We encourage you to bring your own snacks and hydration.
