To protect the quality and integrity of our programming, whether local, national, or international, we maintain a firm cancellation policy.

• If Peace in the Wild cancels: You will receive a full refund.

• If you cancel: All payments are final. No refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued under any circumstances. This includes cancellations, no-shows, or changes in personal availability. Bookings cannot be moved to other events, dates, or participants.

This policy ensures that all guests, guides, and partners are respected and allows each experience to run smoothly and with integrity.
