This experience is an invitation to step away from the noise of everyday life and begin the day with intention. As the sun rises, we’ll move together at a gentle pace, allowing space to breathe, reflect, and connect with nature, community, and ourselves. It’s a moment to slow down and remember the peace that is always available, both in the wild and in life.
